Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/Mam,
Sir my name is gaurav and am from district rampur uttar pradesh India.
Sir in my niebour or in my colony. me and my other friends family is very disturbed. from a persons. they have a manufacturing work of carpenter. and they are still work at 12 to 2am midnight. lots of noise is not give us a rest when we come to the homes from our offices and shop. if we requesting him to stop that. so he starts fight with us. and give us a warning that he shoot us..
Is there any law in india from that men stop that work. in a legal way?
