Dear Sir,
My question is if my complaint file a criminal case against me at Mumbail & send a saman from Mumbai, can I get bail from Kolkata.
Kindly inform me immediately.

You can get a transit bail in Kolkatta but for regular bail ,you had to apply in mumbai.
no, you cannot. even transit bail is in case of police fir and not in complaint case. since it is a complaint case, and, you have simply received summons applying for bail even at mumbai would be a sheer formality. You should be getting it there also.
if you have received summons you can attend on the date at Mumbai Court and apply for Bail.
Court of Kolkata may grant transit anticipatory bail in appropriate cases. However, for a summons, you may not be entitled to anticipatory bail. Approach court issuing summons.
