Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
Plz let me know what is cross case/ counter case in criminal trial.
Whether an incident which have not been committed at same time and same
place could come under the purview of cross case or trial can be conducted
as cross case. Plz tell me case laws also.
Thanking You.

Dear Jamshed,
Being a law student you should be clear that what is cross case.
When both the parties of one fight register their case in different manner and there are two FIR of one incident or similar incident at one place then only cross case trial happens.
Good luck.
