Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir,

Respectfully I would like to say that I am sufferer of 498. Though the said case has been disposed off but my wife is still behaving like before. After compromise she came with me at my working place Patna. We lived together w.e.f 08.6.10 to 21.08.12 (FN). On dated 21.08.12 when I was in the office a lady police officer called me that my wife has given an application to go to her home. I was shocked. Police officer called me to report at my rented house. I went to my rented house and found that my father in law, uncle in law has come at my rented house without my information. To see that I was totally shocked. And taken my wife to the police station for taking her back to her home. My wife cheated me once again. She made an application at Police Station that my behavior is not co-operative with her so she wants to go to her home on her own desire. I want to stop her but she refuses and stopped talking to me. She forcedly stated by that I have no objection for her movement. She left me on 21.08.12. After that I have made a lots of call to her but she spoken like before that she want a house at New Delhi or Her hometown otherwise no option for this relationship. On 23.08.12 she gave an application to SP, Bijnor to file a false case on me and after investigation all the evidence came to my favor. I have the copy of investigation. I have also the copy to Patna Police Station I which she has gone to her home on her own desire. On dated 28.08.12 went her home to get her but she refuse as always. She is acting like a puppet of her parent. On dated 29.08.12 I have filed a case under section 9 to get her back. But she still not replying the court letters and not submitted her written statement. Now, on dated 04.12.12 I have received a letter from Najibabad, Bijnor Court about to appear on 21 December for hearing of Section 125 Cr. PC filed by my wife. She wrote in the petition that I will kill her and my baby in her womb if she went my house. Sir she is demanding me to get a house at New Delhi or her hometown. She was also teaching in a school but she left that school to get my salary. Every person of the society knew about her intentions but nobody tells the truth. Now I am facing section 125 Cr. PC filed by my wife. Sir, tell me how can I stop her for claiming maintenance Or Can I stop her for claiming maintenance. Sir I want stop this greedy woman. Please help me please. Give me advise how can I proof that she has filed a false petition. Please sir help me.

What about the divorce case?

Have any of you initiated the Divorce proceedings or it just the issue of maintenance.

There are many ways to avoid the maintenance, whereas, we need to know the further details of the case.

Do you wanna live with her ? Do you want a conciliation ?
