Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sirs,

By heart I sincerely extend my thanks to the learned advocates

For their kind and quick response to my query.

In continuation to my query with humble request I will like to know

If by chance I try to get the telephonic conversation of alliance

Right from day one what shall be the impact/benefit to me to save

The harassment/torcher from the applicable Crpc acts, including

The conversation between me and the mediator.

By the grace of god and luck favours what stage shall be appropriate

to open evidence, If I tell the police/investing officer I doubt

Whether it will be safe. At the moment bridel side is putting all the

Base less allegation and provoking the boy in question along with

My own blood relatives. Even we advise the bride to take precaution

From these people she goes to them and tells all the things adding some

More mirch masala. Brides mother is a classic piece of instigator

And insults the boy in front of all with with the base less allegation.

Sir, please advise me I am trying to settle the things but supposing

Bridle side initiate the legal proceedings, I shall approach you people.

With regard and Thanks,

Kumar
