Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sirs,

I was married 8 months back it was cool for 6 months, now my wife is not listening to me & my family members, she keep on arguing on even silly things, every time we need to compromise with her only, even her parents are in the same opinion they want her to seperate us, whenever i ask her to do some house work she refuses and says she is not happy in my home and want to go to her parents home. Even Informed about the same to her parents they also try to threaten that they will take there daughter to there home . we are a hindu undivided family my parents are old, now they want to her home by settlement from the elders of our religion. If I agree to them and send her, My family is suspecting that they may cause legal problems and even file false things like harrasement on us.

Can u please let us know the legal possibilities of issues arising and what legal actions can they take against me & my family members, we are in such doubt as they did so in their family and are also of negative minds which we came to know now throuh some relative. Please help us by giving your valuable suggestions.

I not at all interested in divorce and not ready to leave my parent alone as they are old, I even said my wife to be patient, don't be negative .

help for a good cause please

Dont worry, everything will be fine, but try to take some steps immediately, if you think that they can go wrong.

Consult any local lawyer and he will guide you everything to safeguard now else later on you and your family may be in trouble and there will not be any wayout except to accept every condition arose by the girl side and their parents.
