Defamation and Perjury

Under Which section of IPC should I file Defamation and Perjury against my wife for filling false IPC 498a, IPC406 and section 4 of DP Act?? Is there any favourable relavent pettitions or judgements or citations to support such cases???

Your own assessment of the complaint being false is not sufficient to file a perjury case.

As regards defamation, you may file the same. However, you need to have the same assessed from your lawyer. Offence of defamation has been defined by section 499 IPC and penal provisions are in subsequent sections.
