Default of payment of fine(CrPC)
In case of default due to part payment of fine what shall be the sentence, when one has completed his substantive sentence??

depends on offence and provision in crpc and /or discretion of the court.

It can be from till rising of court to couple of months.

normally the punishment is more in comparison to fine. u may go up to 6 months imprisonment for non payment of fine... court can waive off the fine and punishment.
