how to defend the 498a case filed by wife on husband.what is the procedure to fight the case.please give me correct advice regarding this as the case filed is false.

you should procure the anticipatory bail first for all the persons who are arrayed as accused in the f.i.r. and only after that when the trial starts, you would be able to defend your case and prove it false.
