The defendent [proprietor of the Firm] had issued a written Authority Letter to one person for Collection of Funds for the Firm. This Letter is Undated.
Whether can it be a valid document in court of law?
Whether it can be admitted as evidence in Law?
Can it be legally proved as valid document?

Ya u can prove the same by a witness who can depose that the same was written in his presence & executed by defendent, then it became a valid document legally proved.
