Self Defense
If a boy and girl aged about 17 years had intercoursed with their will. But later the girl lodged a complaint. Can a boy has a right to self defense.

Self defence is a concept with regard to assault, attempt to murder, murder and like offeces.
However, any person accused of an offence can defend himself in accordance with law.

yes, 17 years is considered to be an age of consent unless you used some pressure tactics or made false promises of marriage. in case it was just fun, you will be out on bail.
