delivery date--dva summons

How are the summons for DVA case sent to the respondent? I have filed a case on 18/5/09 and the first day of hearing is on 2nd july? By what date will my hubby receive teh summons. we both live in delhi?

Check with the court officer whether summons are prepared and given to the police for execution. If yes, then it can be executed any time before July 2, once executed the police officer will submit a report to the court.

Summons in criminal cases are mostly sent through the police. For details of delivery contact the court office or the police to whom summons are given for service.
