Who can demand maintenence? my friend's wife is living her parents house about last five years. dueto her hasbend has been touchared. She is uneble to mainten her self . in this circomtence she can demand maintenence?

DEFENITLY SHE CAN CLAIM MAINTENANCE UNDER SEC125 CR.P.C AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
