Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have deposited 43500 into a person account who promised me to give loan now he is not giving loan nor my initial amount deposited in his axis bank account i want that money back please help me i have the recipt of deposit with me

First of all, serve a legal notice to pay with interest within seven days. Then file a police complaint. On the basis of the police complaint you can later on file a complaint case with the Magistrate.For detail 9555462995

I dont think you can get anything back now . Is there any written document which shows that you have given this money for some reason.
