Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have deposited 43500 into a person bank account who cheated me for giving loan but i have not recived the loan nor my initial amount paid to him i am a student please help me and say me how could i get back my money from them i have the bank recipt of my deposits pls suggest me and how much it costs me to proceed legally

You may file a case with police for the offence committed and it may not cost you as you may go police station yourself and lodge complaint.
If person is known/traceable, then consider filing a civil suit for recovery. This will cost you applicable Court Fees and Lawyers Fees.
