Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
What can be done if direction petition to file an FIR under u/s 482 cr.p.c. is dismissed by high court? based on 2 years delay and already filed civil suit. Can it be proceed along with civil suit? is it applicable to file case in civil and criminal both on same person?

civil profile of an offence does not prevent its criminal outfit. in case your petition is dismissed by high court, you may approach the supreme court.
