Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Direction Pitition

I preferred two complaints against the accused for offences punishable under the provisions of the IT Act and many provisions of the Indian Penal Code. The respected Commissioner of Police was pleased to entertain my complaint dated 24th March 2009 and forwards it to the ACP. I thereafter followed up the matter with the ACP who in turn directed me to follow up the matter with S.I.

There after every day for about a week I regularly visited CCB at the request of the S.I from 25/3/2009 till 4th of March expecting that something worth full news will take place but unfortunately no action took place and I was legally advised to submit another complaint to the Commissioner of Police as they now cant even understand my problem and that the case has to be referred to Cyber Crime.

I earnestly believe that every complaint presented before the Grievance Cell at Commissioners office is properly scrutinized by competent Police Officers not below the rank of ACP and thereafter it is sent to the DCP and only then it is sent to the Commissioner only when all the Officers are thoroughly convinced about the veracity and contents of the complaint it is directed to the appropriate police officers for investigation. now how can i get my case
