Sir, Can I file application for Discharge before the Lower Court before applying for Bail. Please advice me.

In a criminal case, one need to appear in the case before applying for discharge. Bail formalities are to be complied on entering appearance, else court would sent you in judicial custody.
Alternatively, you can approach superior courts without appearing in trial court, if the matter against you can be classified as blatant abuse of process of law.

you have to firstly apply for bailand thereafter during trial you may argue on charge.you may also approach HC for quashing of case.
