Dismissal of criminal case on account of delay in filing.
Are there any Judgements/Rule in criminal case filed under IPC 498(A), 406, 420, 114, 323, 504 & 506(2) and u/s 3 & 7 of dowry prohibition act that if the complaint is lodged after two years by the complainant then it gets dismissed on the ground of delay or that the complaint is lodged with an intention of harassing the accused.

No.The law of limitation does not apply.
