can a dismissed writ petition by high court of bombay be restored? if yes under which provision. the dismissal is due to default of parties/advocate.

High Courts have inherent power to restore cases dismissed for default.

in case its a civil writ petition, it can be restored u/s 151 of civil procedure code and in case its a criminal writ petition, it can be restored by invoking sec. 482 of criminal procedure code.
