What is the difference between dispose of and dismis in court order?

Your statement is incomplete and an opinion in the given situation may not be appropriate.

A case may be 'disposed off' with different consequences; but mostly it is not a TOTAL REJECTION. A case is usually 'disposed off" either when the parties have compromised, or partly compromised; or got part-relief; or something other than total rejection has happened including change in law/fact or the court may find the case as pre-mature;

"Dismiss" means rejection of the prayer made by the plaintiff/petitioner or withdrawal of the case by the petitioner/plaintiff;

Disposed of is equivalent to Disposal. Dismissal is one type of disposal.
