Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

if a dissolution deed is made of a registered partnership firm and all the documents are with the registrar but not the dissolution deed(not even a copy) of the firm and the dissolution deed is also not present with the continuing partners(as such they say it is lost/misplaced).Also the dissolution deed is not available with the various other government departments such as Income tax, sales tax, banks etc so is the dissolution deed considered valid and the continuing partners can run the firm on their own.
