Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hi sorry to disturb u but if possible pls help me.
i m having case under 324,34 in the year 1999, there were three accused in case including me.two of us were under the age 16 at the time of incident, i m one of them but even after dat case was registered in adult court.
2 years back in 2008 we apply to transfer the case in juvenile cort.
in jun 2009, court order police to submit new chargesheet in juvenile court, but so far police havent done anything. so currently case is in neither of the court. i m not goin for any of the date.
now i wish to apply for passport, but i m confuse as i m govt servant and i hav to give affidavit dat i dont hav any case pending and noc from job clearing the sectio 6 (2) of passport act. and i cant hide the fact that i m govt servant coz it can lead to penalty.
will there be a problem to get passport if the case is in juvenile court?
how shud i try to get passport?

you may have to disclose true facts and you may get the passport as you not declared convicted.

the only remedy and the procedure is to apply to the court for grant of No Objection and the court would do it as 324 is not heinious
