Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I do not want divorce from my husband and I want to stay with him, but at the same time he and in-laws should be punished from the court. Is that possible and please provide me the complete details.

You cant have both things because if you file a case u/s 498a etc against your husband and his family and a complaint under the D V act , my experience says your husband will never forgive you and would like to go for divorce .
