divorce
my wife wants to give divorce after accepting payments,but she has filed 498a against me.how to close that case before paying amount and get divorce?

Case under section 498-A is not compoundable. Your wife and her relatives needs to enter into witness box and depose that they have no complaint against you and then you will be either discharged or acquitted from the case.

move to high court and get the FIR quashed. this is the only way out.
