Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Divorcee

Firstly thanks...i have been seeking legal advise here according to my situation and am getting timely reply from all lawyers..

Latest scenario(briefly have logged a genuine 498A and bigamy case etc..) :Not getting full support anywhere be it Legal or otherwise(i mean not lawyers here)..well they the guy's side calledme for a compromise and started talking rubbish.Esp my ex expressed that he is not willing for mutual and wants to take revenge for lodging a complaint..but i never asked for mutual nor any compensation as such...

He says that he will not agree for divorcee so that i become old and he does not let me live...

He always threatens too... of harming my entire family..now i need two help pls...

1.i tried my best to be patient enough as a girl ....now it is getting over my head daily...

pls could anyone tell me is it possible through high court/cuprememe court directly to get a divorcee other than mutual grounds fatser.. i heard only mutual is done quickly... but how abt any other options such as if i can prove red hand that he is living with someone else i mean their residence etc.. then is it possible that i can anywhere in law get a divorcee quickly by applying myself?
