Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i am a doctor i had taken medical leave of 45 day. on joining i produced medical certificate somebody has replaced my original documents with some fake documents (photostat) from the hospital, my husband was doing PG .these documents were sent for verification to the same hospital.the hospital administration has filed a complained regarding these fake documents and in order to save themselves acussed my husband of doing so with out any proof. No original certificate is present anywhere .only photostat copies are there which are not attested. Sir can police take any action in such case .and what action shoud we take as all this has created mental harassment to both of us.sir can hospital administration file fir in such case with out going into details sir kindly reply

Your query is confusing. Whom you presented the certificate and who will do the verification? And for what purpose will you defraud the hospital? Right now, I am not seeing any criminal angle to the case.At the most, the hospital management will call and hear you before doing some FIR or like that.

Hospital may file a police complaint, if fake documents came to their notice concerning the hospital.

Police will investigate and submit report in the court.

If you apprehend arrest, you may apply for anticipatory bail.
