Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a doctor doing my postgraduation.. a case has been filed againt me u/s 304a ipc,323rpc,341rpc. i am not concerned in anyway with the death of that patient as i donot work with the group of doctors who were incharge of that patient...can a case be filed against a doctor working as a postgraduate scholar in a govt institution without informing the head of institution

as it is a criminal case, it is not mandatory to seek permission of head of department or institution.
