dowry harrassement
My husband married me in dec 2006 we lived happily for 2 months then i came to my house for tyroid operations latter after that some misunderstandings occured between us and we are living separately after my marriage I got job, my inlaws and relatives are not intrested in settling our life he is intrested to pay the amount what i gave as dowry as i went to police station one after he beat me i din't file a case but i told i want my husband back so the police have made a bind over that he has to take care of me, but even then he is not intrested in me and there is no peace in my life he is in the same way back. Can I file a case against him? On what grounds I can file a case plz help me as soon as possible.

Consult a local lawyer with all the facts. You can proceed under DMV or 498A of the IPC.

U can file a petition for RCR. But, leading and not leading matrimonial life is one's own discretionary and it cannot be proved. So i advise you to pray god and take the advice of pandits to perform any pooja apart from legal battle.

you may file a case of cruelty u/s 498-A IPC, return of dowry articles/cash etc. u/s 406 IPC and claim compensation under domestic violence laws.

If any offence is made out, you can file criminal complaint.
