Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I don't have dp or 406 . I just have 498a which is also very much without any prrof and vauge complaint..is is good to go for quashing

Yes
Even if you are innocent you have to file quashing, because you have to prove you innocence in The Court in due course of time.
