Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we are dragged into "attempt to murder case" intentionally by a person.aiming to ruined us.bt we proof it as wrong by giving correct medical certificate.we were in great trouble.it hearts our respect to much extent. and we dont want to forgive him. so what i should do so that he learn something and i also get relief to some extent.(benefit).
