Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If driver has forged truck owner signature and sold truck and he ran out his village, on the basis of forge documents purchaser tried to transfer owner ship of vehicle in his own name but couldn't succeed due to signature not tallies he is also innocent,
Complaint case is filed - driver summoned u/s 420/468/471
What should I do to seize forge transfer papers and summoning of rto officials in rto transport partment. For evidence in court.
