Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was drugged and raped and nude videos were taken and thereafter the person is using me as a puppet in his hands and is forced me to do sex thrice. Avoiding him, he threatens to kill me and my son and now has forced me to take divorce from husband so that i can marry him. What shall i do? He says he will make me arrest for raping him and taking money from him, i do not know what money he is talking about?

if you have evidence to substantiate that you were drugged, raped and then nude videos were taken, why are you scared and scumbing to his pressure. quietly go to woman commission of your state and lodge the complaint. history shows that all those men who have exploited women in one way or the other, have use threat as a tool for their further exploitation. Why you want to make the life of your husband and son miserable by scumbing to the pressure! please wake up, god will certainly help you.
