Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

It is currently a DV Case (2010). Interim Order rejected all her claims and dismissed it pending trials. She has appealed against it in Ses Court.

She marries in 1996 and deserts her husband in 1997, who is blind, and never lived with him after that. Husband had a job but lost it in 2003 being it is a medical termination. She frustrated him and brought him to this stage.

This is regarding earnings of a woman by way of commission as an agent in LIC of India (1996-tillnow). We have even documentary evidence that now her average commission earnings are Rs.10000/- a month but it is not certified.

We have given our written request to that branch (Acknowledged) and they washed their hands saying that they sent it for Legal Opinion. Now they say, they dont give even a writtetn reply, being a responsible PSU it is uncalled for. What action can we take to get the written reply even if it is in the negative? So that further we can request court to call for the earning details.

Kindly suggest what can be done on this pls.

Thanks very much.
