Can DV maintenance order set aside / modify under CRPC 127 ??
Maintenance order is challenged under sec 23/28 by Respondent to same court that passed the order by another application though appeal time was in hand. In modified order judge mentioned its done set aside under CRPC 127.

an order passed u/s 125 crpc can be modified in the section mentioned above but not the DV order as the same has been passed under Domestic Violence Act. read more on maintenance and DV laws on my website www.karvai.in.
