in case of 2nd degree burns tending to death is dd without any valid authetication how much valid and what is its present amendment status?

the court look overall evidence and one of the evidence would be dd but it is not sole criteria waitage to such evidence is given only in case corroboartion to other factors is there and cirumstantial evidence is there to believe such evdience of dd whcih is not strictly as per requirment
