Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My employee sitting as a general manager of the company and he opened a new company which is doing same bussiness & activities & all our company offers to our customer duly signed by g.m . at the time of joining our company we dont have a agreement & any contract . we already sacksd him & wants a legal action against him. because he cheated & fraud & trade secret & goodwill of the company going down. what we can do against him
