Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

An a employee who was trained accountant joined this Office then the charge of an Accountant was given to this fellow from the aggrieved lady who was untrained as well as she was lower Division Clerk . Firstly she was not giving the charge to other qualified Accountant. So cause notice was given to her, then in compliance of that she handed over the charge of Accountant. After that she complained to higher authorities of the Department for false sexual harassment .After some time she withdrew her complaint . The withdrawal letter of complaint was sent to Govt. Then Govt. transferred her to other city. After transfer then again she started dirty complaint against the new Accountant and Head of Office .An inquiry was made by Women Police Station and the complaint was set aside and the complaint was wined up . A copy of Same complaint was sent by her to other police station of her locality .Now the officer of this police station is demanding bribe and that lady is blackmailing us and she threatened us and used to say that she will go to any extent by filing forged complaints. What should we do?

Approach court, may be high court for some stringent action.
