Agar english sahi se na aati ho to high court me criminal matter me hindi english mix krke arguement kr skte hain kya.High court hindi me argue karne par objection to nai kregi. Maine high court ki proceeding dekhi vahan saanss bhi english me lete hain

It may be better if you engage a High Court lawyer to pursue your case; if you cannot afford one, you may approach the State Legal Services Authority to provide you a lawyer free of cost.
