None.confession in police custody is not a confession and is not admissible in law.

Confession made by accused when he was handicuffed can not be used against him provided confession was made before the concerned Magistrate or during the trial

handcuffing is not relevant but many other things are relevant so dont worry. it seems that u have made confession when u were handcuffed. now if u wanna refuse ....... you can
