Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

execution

My husband works abroad.I have filed for maintenance under sec 125..court has already pass interim order for maintenance.8 months have pass.But he has not yet started paying me maintenance.Recently i have filed for execution for recovery of my dues in interim maintenance. Court has sent him notice.My query is how long court will give him time to give me my due in maintenance case?

You may make a prayer to the court for attachment of his property, if any, in India.

is he having any property in india. is the company he working for, has its head office in india.....you need to also send the orders for attachment of his salary for whatever company he is working for.

Till the summens will not serve through a proper channel till then court have no option but to wait. therefore it is required by you to findout his wareabouts or his company and then get the notice serve thorouh his company or on his address in abroad to get the justice and maintenance allowance.
