Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My ex-fiancee is harassing me saying that he has videos and audio records of mine sleeping with him when we were engaged and threatens me if i marry someone he will disclose it to the boy and his family.And he falsely accuses me that i was married o someone else before engaging to him.As i am getting older my parents are worried and want me to marry soon.But i have been just delaying my marriage as i am scared of his threats.I cant even disclose it to my parents as they are old and sick and it will affect their health.kindly give some advice.

File a police complaint/FIR against your ex-fiancee of black mailing you etc.
