to exhibit the documents
I want to know where to study how and upto which stage the documents can be produced and exhibited in trial court u/s 138 NI Act from the side of complainant in routine means no need of taking permission from trial court ?

You may read a good commentary on Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
However, it may be still better if you leave this to be handled by your trial court lawyer.
