Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi ,
I am expecting a fasle 498a case for my brother. The girl is from UP and my brother lives in Delhi where I am in the other state.
As there is no provison of anticipatory bail in UP . Could anyone please explain about interstate anticipatory bail. Is it possible to get inter anticipatory bail to save my family (bro/mother/father/me) from arrest.
How much does a bail cost, for section 498a, IPC? Thanks a lot.

Anticipatory bail can be ordered by the Court in UP at its discretion

If offence is registered in UP, then you may get only a transit anticipatory bail either from Delhi or state in which you live.
