expediate residential orders

Dear Sir/mam,

I have been living with my parenst for the last 1.3 years as my hubby fabricated stories and filed for divorce in tis hazari under my mother in-law's influence. Tomorrow is my first hearing for domestic voilence as i want a reunion. The summons most probably will be sent for my husband and his father..what are the repurcussions if they do not come 2morrow for hearing. What can i do to make the judge understand my problem so that i win the case. Please help..will it be a problem if my husband refuses to take me bk..can he be arrested?

You may also lodge a criminal complaint against your husband and his relatives who had committed cruelty against you under section 498-A I.P.C.

The police may, after/during investigation of your complaint, may arrest the accused persons.

Warrants will be issued if they do not remain present.Secondly you need not do anything. If your case has merits you will win.

in case despite service, your husband and father in law do not appear, you may insist the court to pass ex parte order u/s 23 of domestic violence act and you will get residence orders on the same day. who is the judge in your case.
