Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

im an experienced executive well qualified in 2008 i ran into major financial difficulties and took handloans from people i repaid them high interest but could not give principle back , in 2009 they filed 138 ni cases against me , i got separated from my family fearing arrest , im sending maintenance money to my family and also some money to clear debts , however people dont have patience to wait , the total debt is about 30 lac , meanwhile i secured a job abroad and have moved out , will i be declared proclaimed offender , my passport details are not known to anyone is there any danger for me

in case you are declared a PO, it is neither in your interest nor in the interest of your family. better hire a lawyer and defend your case while you are abroad. any family member of yours can defend you in case you execute a power of attorney in his favour. instead of leaving the case, better face it.
