Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Exposing the judge.
I have ample document to prove that the judge has in collusion with the accused advocate, has passed the order against me inspite been fully aware of the facts, which were on the courts records,by recording examination in chief & cross examination of various witness called by me.The game changed, only after the stage of arguments.Without refering to any of the documents on records or citing any of the pharse from the said document,or getting himself prepare for passing the order, how can the jury pass the order.Normally the matter for judgement are palced high on board, but when ever such settings take place, all the part heard/ not heard matters are heard or given dates so as to empty the court and then the judgement is pronounce,so as to avoid any criticisim by other advocates, and the judgement states that it is pronounce in open court, but the fact is contrary.Entire court is emptyed, with a malafied intention.I any how want to expose the jury, who is their not to make money, but to protect the rights of the civilians.Dont think that i want to take action only because the order is not in my favour. Can i write about this to the Chief Justice of Supreme Court /High court/metropolitant court.Advice.

you firstly challenge the order in appeal or revision.you are seem to be prejudiced. The contents does not show any wrong, nevertheless,if you are firm then you can make representation to CJ of high court upto supreme court.
