Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my ex-wife has filed a false 498a on us in hon'ble sdjm court in the year 2009, chaibasa, jharkhand. for the same i have applied for quashing in high court under section 482 in the year 2010. it is kept pending by court. but now i had change my decision for quashing.

i have preapared a petition for withdrawal of quashing request and in addition to this i requesting under artical 14(3) to speedup the trial. may i go for that. i have not my advocate. can i go to highcourt without advocate. if yes please advise me step by step all the proceeding and trials.
