Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am facing trial under Domestic Violence Act. I am the respondent. For the interim application filed by the petitioner, the magistrate has ordered certain amount ot be paid per month. I preferred appeal in sessions court which revised it to certain extent and then again I preferred appeal in High court which revised it to certain extent. Now, the petitioner is claiming that she is going to appeal in front of Supreme court. How can I check whether she has already the filed the revision petition or not?

If her SLP is entertained by the Supreme Court, you will receive notice. However, try to settle the matter out of court in your own interest.

you can file a caveat in the supreme court and if she will file an SLP, you will get the copy of appeal well in advance.
