Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am facing trial under Domestic Violence Act in a magistrate court in Bangalore. There was a stay on one Interim Application from High Court of Karnataka. Now that stay has been vacated in my favor. I have to submit that final order copy from High Court in the magistrate court. I want to put a memo myself in the magistrate court attaching the Hight Court order copy without assistance of my advocate. Can I do that? Will magistrate object if I submit the memo in person without my advocate. My advocate has put waqalatnama but he is not reachable, can I still submit the memo as party in person. I want to submit myself just for this one time. I really want to move the case fast, please let me know. Thanks.

You may appear in person and place on record a copy of the High Court order explaining the court inability of your advocate to appear on that particular date.
